REGULATORY FRAMEWORK AND FIRE SAFETY DESIGN
We support our clients in defining a comprehensive fire safety strategy, starting from a structured analysis of the activity, buildings and operational processes involved. Through the collection and verification of technical data, the review of existing documentation and targeted site inspections, we establish a clear assessment of risk conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
On this basis, the fire safety design is developed by licensed professionals, in compliance with D.P.R. 151/2011 and current regulations, and includes a detailed technical report and graphical documentation. This phase is essential to properly structure the authorization process, significantly reducing the risk of requests for additional documentation, delays or prescriptions by regulatory authorities.
DETAILED DESIGN AND INTERVENTION MANAGEMENT
Once the fire safety design has been defined, Plannings develops the specialized designs required for its implementation, integrating architectural, structural and building services engineering aspects. Solutions are conceived through a coordinated approach, ensuring consistency between fire compartments, fire resistance requirements, active and passive fire protection systems, and the functional organization of spaces.
Plannings supports the client during construction management and compliance works, coordinating contractors and professionals while monitoring adherence to the approved project. Upon completion, we also develop specific risk assessments, emergency plans and training activities, ensuring that fire safety is fully integrated into the day-to-day operations of the facility.
AUTHORIZATIONSAND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
The final phase focuses on the completion of the authorization process and the achievement of full regulatory compliance. We manage the preparation and submission of the Fire Prevention "SCIA" (Certified Notification of Business Commencement), verifying that the works have been executed in accordance with the approved design and coordinating testing, inspections and functional commissioning of systems.
All required technical documentation is collected and organized, including certifications, declarations of conformity and installation compliance statements, up to the electronic submission of the application. We also assist clients during inspections by Fire Brigade Authority, ensuring qualified technical representation and minimizing the risk of prescriptions or additional requests.
