OUR ROOTS AND THE EVOLUTION OF EXPERTISE

Plannings S.r.l. was founded many years ago as a firm specialized in fire prevention engineering, established by Francesco Machi, an experienced engineer and former Deputy Chief of the Padua Fire Brigade.
The expertise gained within the Italian National Fire Service, combined with an in-depth understanding of business and industrial dynamics, has enabled the company to build a solid and well-recognized reputation over time.

The regulatory, technical and procedural know-how developed in this field remains one of Plannings’ key strengths and represents the foundation on which an integrated growth path has been built. This evolution has progressively expanded the firm’s scope toward architectural and engineering design as well as real estate development.
